PAKPAK BHARAT- Penerapan standar ISO 9001:2008 di jajaran Pemerintah Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat memiliki orientasi utama untuk kepentingan masyarakat. “Penerapan ini untuk kepuasan pelayanan pemerintah kepada masyarakat,” tegas Sustra Ginting, Asisten II Setdakab Pakpak Bharat, Selasa (13/3).

Dikatakannya, hingga saat ini sesuai tahapan yang seharusnya dijalani, pihaknya sudah masuk dalam tahap pembuatan dokumen, dan pada saat launching nanti, Pemkab akan merealisasikannya secara langsung kepada masyarakat.
“Kita bisa lihat pada Catatan Sipil sekarang untuk pelayanan KTP sudah dapat dilakukan dalam waktu 10 menit setelah melalui tahapan pemberkasan ditingkat desa dan kecamatan,” ungkapnya.

Selain itu, tambahnya, pada bidang perizinan, kini 26 jenis perizinan dapat diurus di kantor Pelayanan satu Pintu, sudah dapat diakses secara langsung melalui internet, mulai dari aplikasi, informasi, proses dan syarat-syarat yang harus dipenuhi. “Semua sudah dapat dilakukan secara praktis, efektif, efisien dan murah,” tutur Sustra Ginting. Bila mau berbelanja ke Pasar Bulusemma, ongkos juga mencekik. Yakni Rp 30 ribu naik angkutan pick up bak terbuka berjarak 30 kilometer.

Tumpukan masalah membuat masyarakat payah melepaskan diri dari dekapan kemiskinan. Ketika harga buah kepala sawit melorot, masyarakat enggan merawat tanaman. Alhasil, rupiah hanya sedikit diterima. Produksi tak kunjung memuaskan.

Di samping itu, penyuluhan juga jarang diperoleh. Itu dilatarbelakangi akses transportasi, mesti melintasi kota Subulusalam sejauh hampir 80 kilometer dari Salak, ibukota daerah otonom. Berpuluh tahun rakyat hidup tanpa penerangan listrik aliran PT PLN.

Sebelumnya, Bupati Remigo Yolando Berutu MBA menjelaskan, pembukaan jalan jurusan Salak-Pagindar merupakan salah satu solusi guna melepas ketertutupan. Dengan demikian, interaksi bisa langsung dilakukan, berikut efisiensi jarak dan waktu.
