It is headquartered at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang. In line with the decision of its year of establishment as part of corporate identity, name of Bank Negara Indonesia 1946 from late 1968. This change makes the Bank Negara Indonesia is better known as ‘BNI 46′. The use of nicknames that are easier to remember – ‘Bank BNI’ – set along with the change of corporate identity in 1988.

In 1992, BNI’s legal status and name changed to PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), while the decision to become a public company realized through an IPO in the stock market in 1996.

BNI’s ability to adapt to changes and advances in environmental, socio-cultural and technological corporate identity is reflected through the continuous refinement from time to time. It’s dedication and commitment to the improvement of its performance BNI continuously.

Penandatanganan kerja sama tentang Model Pembangunan Pertanian Pedesaan Melalui Inovasi (MP3MI) guna mendukung pertanian tangguh dan komersial di Pakpak Bharat tersebut dilakukan oleh Bupati Pakpak Bharat Remigo Yolando Berutu dan Sekretaris Balitbang Pertanian Mappaona disaksikan Kepala Balitbang Pertanian Haryono di Jakarta, Jumat (16/12).

Bupati Pakpak Bharat Remigo Yolando Berutu mengatakan, kerja sama yang dilakukan ini untuk mengenalkan dan mengimplementasikan teknologi Balitbang Pertanian dalam pengembangan agribisnis di Pakpak Bharat.

“Ruang lingkup kegiatan antara lain penerapan teknologi budidaya mulai dari pra sampai pasca panen untuk komoditas gambir, nilam, kopi dan nenas serta penerapan teknologi beternak kelinci dan ayam buras, pelatihan dan pendampingan inovasi teknologi dan akselerasi penggunaan dan pengembangan bibit unggul,” kata Remigo kepada wartawan, Senin (19/12) di Medan.

Didampingi Asisten Administrasi dan Pembangunan Sustra Ginting dan Kepala Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Mukhtar AW dan Aryanto, Bupati mengatakan, Balitbang Pertanian akan menyediakan tenaga ahli sebagai nara sumber dan pendampingan kepada petani. “Untuk kerja sama ini, Balitbang juga mengalokasikan biaya pendampingan melalui APBN. Sementara Pemkab Pakpak Bharat sendiri berkewajiban menyediakan tenaga daerah yang dibutuhkan, mengalokasikan biaya kerja sama melalui APBD dan lainnya. Dan, untuk tahun pertama anggaran biaya dari APBD Pakpak Bharat sekitar Rp 1 miliar lebih,” kata Remigo.

Kerja sama ini lanjut Bupati berlangsung selama 3 tahun dan setiap akhir tahun dilakukan evaluasi. “Untuk tahap pertama, masih terbatas pada komoditas gambir, nilam, kopi dan nenas. Komoditas tersebut merupakan unggulan Pakpak Bharat. Sehingga diharapkan melalui kerja sama dengan Balitbang Pertanian ini, pengelolaannya akan lebih profesioanal hingga bisa meningkatkan produksi dan pendapatan petani,” harapnya.

Dijelaskan, selama ini, pengelolaan gambir oleh petani sebagian besar masih bersifat tradisional. Ini mengakibatkan mutu yang dihasilkan rendah terutama dari tingkat kebersihan hasil olahan yang kurang diperhatikan petani. Sedangkan nilam, selain dikelola secara tradisional, belum menerapkan teknik budaya nilam yang baik dan benar.

Karenanya perlu segera diakukan perbaikan dengan mengadopsi teknologi sesuai stadar operasional prosedur yang dihasikan Puslitbangbun. Dengan demikian nilam bisa menjadi komoditas yang memiliki nilai tambah. Begitu juga dengan kopi yang memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian masyarakat Pakpak Bharat.

“Melalui kerja sama ini diharapkan produksi kopi dapat ditingkatan lagi. Khusus untuk nenas, Pakpak Bharat sudah memiliki varietas unggul yang telah dikukuhkan Menteri Pertanian pada 2007 dengan nama Nenas Pakpak. Karena itu, Pemkab Pakpak Bharat akan mengembangkan industri hilirnya seperti pembuatan sirup dan selai nenas sehingga nilai jualnya lebih tinggi,” terang Remigo.

Sedangkan untuk peternakan kata Remigo, merupakan bidang usaha yang memliki andil cukup besar terhadap perekonomian rumah tangga, seperti sapi, babi, kambing, ayam dan itik. Karena itu untuk menambah ragam usaha dalam bidang peternakan yang mengutungkan, perlu ada terobosan baru melalui jenis ternak lain seperti kelinci dan ayam buras yang pangsa pasarnya cukup menjanjikan.

“Optimalisasi pengembangan pertanian dan peternakan di Pakpak Bharat dapat tercapai jika dilakukan secara terencana dan terintegrasi dengan menerapkan inovasi teknologi yang sudah ada sesuai SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur),” kata Bupati Remigo. ( junita sianturi)

Pakpak Bharat - Bupati Pakpak Bharat Remigo Yolando Berutu meresmikan penggunaan jaringan listrik, di Desa Lae Langge Namuseng, Kecamatan Sitellu Tali Urang Jehe, Kamis (22/12). Pengembangan jaringan listrik Namuseng tersebut merupakan salah satu program utama dari beliau dalam satu tahun kerjanya.
"Satu tahun pertama kepemimpinan saya sebelum duduk menjadi Bupati, sudah saya ikrarkan sebelumnya dan selamat menikmati kepada masyarakat Namuseng," ungkap Bupati di sela peresmian itu.

Tercapainya keinginan masyarakat Namuseng tersebut, katanya, juga berkat dukungan pihak legislatif yang telah memperjuangkan anggarannya. Pada kesempatan itu, hadir Ketua DPRD Agustinus Manik, sejumlah anggota antara lain Sonny Berutu, Antoni Berutu dan Lukman Padang.
Remigo mengajak legislatif untuk melihat kawasan-kawasan lain di Pakpak Bharat yang hingga saat ini masih ditemukan belum masuk jaringan listrik. Hal ini menurutnya penting agar pada tahun anggaran 2012,dapat diusulkan pembiayaannya.

Sementara listrik tenaga surya yang sebelumnya sudah terdapat di kawasan tersebut, ditegaskan Bupati agar segera dikembalikan kepada pihak Pemerintah Pakpak Bharat dan rencananya akan diberikan kepada desa yang belum ada jaringan listrik negara.

Bupati menandatangani prasasti tanda dimulainya penggunaan listrik PLN tersebut yang pada kesempatan tersebut didampingi oleh Wakil Bupati H Maju Ilyas Padang, Sekdakab Hotler Sinamo, serta sejumlah pimpinan SKPD antara lain, Kadis Kehutanan Muhamad Aris Gajah, Kadis PU Ir Mahadi Simanjuntak MM, Kadis Perindagkop Mangaraja Maha, Kadis Sosial Manurung Naiborhu dan lainnya.

Tokoh masyarakat Namuseng Padunia Berutu menyampaikan, baru tahun ini masyarakat Desa Namuseng menikmati kemerdekaan dari kegelapan. Dengan peresmian itu, menegaskan kepada kepala daerah, masyarakat Namuseng siap menerima arahan untuk saling bergandengan tangan dan menyukseskan program-program pemerintah.

Kadis Kehutanan Pakpak Bharat Muhamad Aris Gajah ketika dikonfirmasi menyangkut kegiatan tersebut menyampaikan pengembangan jaringan listrik tersebut menelan biaya mencapai Rp 1,8 miliar yang dikerjakan oleh rekanan PT Aston Tekhnik pimpinan Kamta Sembiring. ( ck 08)
