Service Quality OfficerJakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
* Do the benchmarking and developing Service Quality Standard for branch operational condition.
* Deliver SQ training and socializing to the branches' employees.
* Get feed back from branches on the SQ implementation and give suggestions to improve the SQ.
* Run the mystery shopper regularly in branches.
* Evaluate and report on the implementation of SQ in branches.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): Goo.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Bank and related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Retail Banking/Branch Operation or Others.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
