Pemkab Pakpak Bharat Buka Jalan Lingkar

Pakpak Bharat - Pemerintah Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat melalui Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) membuka jalan besar melingkar Kota Salak, ibukota Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat. Jalan lingkar Kota Salak itu selebar 20 meter dan sepanjang 2 Km lebih.
Pembukaan jalan tersebut telah dikerjakan sejak beberapa minggu terakhir dan diperkirakan akan selesai akhir Desember 2011 ini. Hal itu dikatakan Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK), David Karo-karo ketika meninjau lokasi pembukaan jalan di kawasan Situpang kepada MedanBisnis, Senin(5/12).

Menurutnya, jalan tersebut akan mengelilingi seluruh kawasan kota salak mulai dari Binangaboang hingga keluar di kaki Delleng Siranggas menuju kawasan Pergetteng-getteng Sengkut.

Dari kawasan Kota jalan akan dibuka dari Sindeka, tepatnya dari kawasan kantor BPS yang akan tembus hingga Napatolong menuju kaki Delleng Raja. Dari titik tersebut direncanakan akan dialihkan ke dua titik yakni menuju Binangaboang dan menuju Lae Mbalno menuju kaki Delleng Raja.

Ditambahkan David, proyek tersebut dikerjakan dengan nilai anggaran Rp 1,85 miliar dari sumber dana APBN.

B Banurea, warga Napatolong kepada MedanBisnis mengaku sangat mendukung kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah Pakpak Bharat itu, karena selain menambah akses jalan, dia juga mengaku akan lebih mudah mengangkut hasil pertaniannya. “Kita sangat mendukung program-program seperti ini.

PAKPAK BHARAT - Bahan bakar minyak (BBM) di Pakpak Bharat terjadi kelangkaan sejak empat hari terakhir ini. Kelangkaan BBM jenis bensin dan solar diduga akibat ulah Agen Premium, Minyak, dan Solar (APMS). Akibatnya, warga harus membeli BBM dari Dairi.

Tokoh pemuda setempat, Dahlan Solin mengatakan di Pakpak Barat hanya ada satu SPBU, sehingga penyalurannya sedikit kesulitan di tengah permintaan banyak. Bahkan, pedagang eceran juga membelinya menggunakan jirigen. “Sebenarnya dari sisi kuota sudah cukup PT Pertamina menyalurkannya, apalagi di Pakpak Bharat ini tidak ada industri dan perusahaan, jadi secara hitungan tak mungkin ada kelangkaan BBM,” ucapnya.

Dia menduga persoalan kelanggkaan ini akibat ada permainan oknum APMS, yang menjual BBM ke oknum tertentu dan dibawa ke kabupaten tetangga yakni Dairi yang digunakan untuk pengoperasian alat-alat proyek. “Dengan sistem penjualan ke kabupaten tetangga, APMS bisa meperoleh keuntungan yang cukup besar,” sebutnya.

Seorang pedagang eceran, Br Manik menjelaskan ke Sumut Pos, setiap pembelian jirigen kemasan 35 liter, dia harus mengeluarkan uang saku sebanyak Rp5 ribu sebagai dana tambahan agar memperoleh BBM. “Kalau tidak memberikan, saya tidak memperoleh BBM dan ini sudah patokan pihak APMS serta bukan merupakan rahasia umum di kalangan konsumen,”ujarnya. PAKPAK BHARAT - Bagian Humas di Sekretariat Daerah Pemkab Pakpak Bharat diminta pro aktif untuk mempromosi daerah melalui media cetak maupun media online. Pasalnya, tanpa ada promosi yang baik bisa merugikan daerah itu sendiri.

Pernyataan itu disampaikan Anggiat Banuarea, Anggota Fraksi Sikadang Jandhi DPRD Pakpak Barat dihadapan Forum Komunikasi Pimpinan Daerah Pakpak Barat dan dihadapan Forum Pimpinan Daerah, Jumat (2/12) saat membacakan pendapat akhir fraksi atas RAPBD 2012, di ruang paripurna DPRD Pakpak Barat.

Menurut dia, sekarang ini perlu menjadi perhatian bersama, di mana keterbukaan publik menjadi hak masyarakat. Karena itu, bagian Humas harus lebih pro aktif dalam upaya mempromosikan daerahnya.

Untuk itu, paparnya kegiatan pelatihan terhadap jurnalis harus berdampak terhadap semakin meningkatnya kualitas pemberitaan. Selain itu, tak menjadikan pers kehilangan daya kritisnya terhadap berbagai kebijakan pembangunan.
Di sisi lain, fraksi tersebut menyoroti persoalan energi listrik dan hutan. Anggita menyebutkan, kegiatan pengadaan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya. Tapi, dalam kaitannya Dinas Kehutanan, Pertambangan dan lingkungan Hidup harus berkoordinasi dengan PT PLN agar kebijakan tersebut tidak tumpang tindih.

“Kami memandang perlu dilakukan pendekatan agar persoalan ini dapat diselesaikan melalui solusi yang tepat dan memenuhi harapan masyarakat,”ucap juru bicara fraksi ini.

Sedangkan terkait izin alih fungsi hutan yang diusulkan ke Kementrian Kehutanan RI, yang saat ini belum diputuskan, fraksi itu meminta dinas kehutanan menyikapi hal tersebut secara cepat, mengingat ada program sejuta gambir, apalagi program itu sudah masuk dalam RTRW Pakpak Bharat. (mag-14)

Kecamatan Kerajaan Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat Budidayakan Kakao

PAKPAK BHARAT - Untuk meningkatkan keahlian masyarakat dalam bidang pertanian, Tim Pengelola Kegiatan (TPK) berdayakan masyarakat melalui pelatihan pembuatan kompos organik dan budidaya tanaman kakao. Pelatihan yang dipusatkan di Desa Sukaramai Kecamatan Kerajaan, Pakpak Bharat, dilatih 2 orang tenaga terampil dan berpengalaman.

Ketua TPK Desa Sukaramai, Pendra Wiliamsyah Tinendung, menjelaskan bahwa pelatihan tersebut merupakan program PNPM-LMP (Lingkungan Masyarakat Perdesaan) di Kecamatan Kerajaan. “Karena banyaknya peminat latihan ini, sesuai kemampuan anggaran, kami hanya sanggup menampung sebanyak 20 orang,” kata pria lajang itu, kemarin (28/11).

Pelatihan pembuatan kompos orga-nik tersebut dilaksanakan selama 3 hari. Setelah peserta memahami materi, mereka langsung mempraktekkan teori kemudian dibimbing membibitkan biji kakao. “Kita gunakan biji kakao unggul bersertifikasi, agar kualitasnya terjamin,” tegas Pendra.

Menurut Pendra, dana yang dikucurkan pada program itu sebanyak Rp36 jutaan, yang meliputi bantuan bibit kakao 23.000 butir.

Setelah biji itu disemaikan hingga layak tanam, bibit tersebut akan disalurkan kepada masyarakat Desa Sukaramai secara cuma-cuma. “Kita prioritas yang punya lahan,” imbuhnya. (mag-14) http://www.hariansumutpos.com
