PBB Pakpak Bharat Masih Dikelola Pusat



Penetapan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) untuk Pemkab Pakpak Bharat masih diatur pemerintah pusat melalui Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama (KPPP) Cabang Kabanjahe. Kepala Bidang Pendapatan Ahmad Manik Rabu (11/4) di ruang kerjanya mengatakan pihaknya hanya melakukan pengutipan melalui kepala desa.

“Kita akan terus berupaya untuk menaikkan pendapatan PBB, dengan cara peningkatan koordinasi di tingkat kecamatan hingga ke tingkat desa untuk dilakukan pendataan yang lebih intensif terhadap objek pajak,” jelasnya.

Terbukti, sejak langkah tersebut dilakukan dari tahun 2009, peningkatan perolehan PBB sangat signifikan. Hal ini terlihat dari realisasi pendapatan PBB tahun 2009 sebesar Rp 159,691 juta dan pada tahun 2011 sebesar Rp 194,057 juta, meningkat sebesar Rp 34,366 juta atau 121,5 %.

Ahmad Manik mengatakan, untuk Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB) Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat telah menetapkan Peraturan Daerah (Perda)-nya sejak Januari 2011. Sayangnya, perolehannya masih sangat kecil.

Hal ini disebabkan masih rendahnya harga nilai jual tanah di kabupaten ini, sementara NPOPTKP nominal Rp 60 juta yang ditetapkan melalui UU No 28 Tahun 2009. Jadi semenjak BPHTB dikelola oleh Pemkab, pendapatan daerah mengalami penurunan.

Responsibilities:
* Work hand in hand with vendors and partners the manage our SLA network availability through:
* providing network analysis from collected alarm, symptom, statistical data and any related data to avoid or minimize potential service interruption (proactive actions)
* discussing regularly for complex cases to find the best and the most effective solution for avoiding the repetitive problems
* ensuring the solution can be implemented and resolved the problem within SLA agreed.
* Analyze and control of incident problem which is escalated through:
* conducting review, procedure and feature of the software/hardware in the production network
* performing the analysis from Manage Service Report
* Monitoring all required system modification and support the coordination between manage service partner and other department
* Monitor system availability and ensure all system within contract
* Ensure service level agreement KPI’s contract are met and address all service level issues

Requirements:
* S1 Telecommunication with minimum of 5 years experience on the second level engineer
* Highly skilled in VAS & MDS : SGSN, SMSC and ITP
