Petani Pakpak Bharat Keluhkan Harga Kemenyan

Pakpak Bharat - Petani kemenyan di Pakpak Bharat mengeluhkan harga yang terlalu rendah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh ulah tengkulak. Saat ini untuk kemenyan kualitas ekstra Rp120 ribu per kilo. Kemudian kualitas kedua Rp92 ribu per kilo, kualitas ketiga Rp. 65 ribu per kg, kualitas keempat Rp40 ribu per kilo dan kualitas terendah Rp. 25 ribu per kg.

Ringgas Berutu petani kemenyan di daerah Salak, Senin (16/4) mengatakan rendahnya harga kemenyan ini disebabkan ulah tengkulak. Para tengkulak yang yang mayoritas berasal dari luar daerah Pakpak Bharat itu membuat harga sesuka hati. Padahal, permintaan pasar semakin meningkat. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan para petani kemenyan semakin menjerit untuk dinaikkan harganya.

Lantas kenapa tidak agen lokal saja yang membeli kemenyan petani?
Ditanya begitu Ringgas Berutu menjawab agen lokal tidak memiliki modal yang cukup. “Jika agen lokal ada modal, kemungkinan harga beli kemenyan bisa meningkat,” katanya. “Saya berharap Pemkab Pakpak Bharat bisa memberikan pinjaman untuk modal usaha, dan membantu petani kemenyan.

Saya yakin dengan adanya bantuan modal, petani bisa langsung menjual ke Semarang agar harganya lebih tinggi,” ujarnya. Rata-rata produksi kemenyan untuk satu wilayah, seperti di Desa Lae Langge Namuseng mencapai 800 kilo per Minggu dengan kualitas terbaik dan kedua.

Kementrian Komunikasi dan Informatika RI bekerjasama dengan Magister Teknologi Informasi UGM membuka beasiswa program S2 Chief Information Officer (CIO) bagi pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) atau calon PNS yang ditempatkan di lembaga departemen, nondepartemen, baik di lingkungan pemerintah pusat atau daerah.

Program CIO ditujukan untuk eksekutif/pengambil kebijakan yang bertanggung jawab mempromosikan TI sebagai sarana peningkatan kualitas birokrasi pemerintahan, baik pada level strategis maupun operasional. Program CIO MTI UGM dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan SDM dalam rangka pengembangan e-Government di lembaga pemerintah tingkat pusat maupun daerah.

Beasiswa diberikan dalam bentuk pembebasan penuh terhadap biaya pendidikan di Program CIO MTI UGM, senilai biaya SPP yang berlaku saat ini. Tetapi beasiswa tidak termasuk dalam biaya hidup selama belajar.

Kriteria calon penerima beasiswa antara lain PNS atau CPNS, diutamakan bagi mereka yang menangangi bidang kerja terkait e-Goverment, usia maksimum 40 tahun, dan belum memiliki gelar S2 atau tidak sedang mengikuti program pendidikan S2 di tempat lain.

Requirements:
* Finance and Accounting Manager (based in Medan)
* Bachelor Degree from reputable Institution in Accounting / Business Administration
* Minimum 6 years experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor / Assistant Manager/ Manager
* Experience as an Auditor
* Experience in preparation of Accounting & Business Process Policy and Analysis
* Experience in taxation reporting, financial audit procedures, budget preparation, and cost accounting for manufacturing company
* Experience in using ERP / SAP & web knowledge
