Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in any major, preferable holds a Master of Business Administration or Master in Management degree
* A working knowledge of over 2-3 years experience services area, human resources training – change management or marketing communication
* Experience with working in multidiscipline team
* Computer literacy: MS Office, Lotus Notes
* Good command in English both oral & written
* Understanding of customer centric culture framework, Good analytical thinking and customer focus orientation
* Strong in planning and monitoring of project management
* Excellent and experience at diagnosing communications requirements and developing a structured approach to engaging stakeholder groups.
* Experienced at facilitating communication between many parties and enabling knowledge transfer between stakeholders
* Experienced at writing and delivering a range of communications materials across different channels, tailored for the appropriate audience.
* Individual should be self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results and meet deadlines also through others
* Good interpersonal skills are key as this role entails engaging with a number of key stakeholders within implementation teams
* A strong team player and be willing to work with multiple individuals in achieving results.
* Demonstrates personal behaviors and values such as openness, mutual respect, honesty and trust with team.
