Requirements Astra Sedaya Finance 2012:
* Has a S1 from reputable university
* GPA min 2.75
* Max 26 years old (have experience or not Astra Sedaya Finance)
* Fresh Graduates are welcome
* Strong academic background from any disciplines
* Energetic having business sense and drive for result
* Proven Leadership and Interpersonal skill in organization activities
* Good communication skill
* Good command in english
* Willingness to be located throughout Indonesia is a must

You will get comprehensive training for about 9 months on Astra Sedaya Finance, which consist of combination of in class and on the Astra job training. The program is designed to develop our next leader(s) by providing knowledge and direct practice on our core business Astra Sedaya Finance.
