* Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 28 tahun
* Berpengalaman di perbankan sebagai Marketing Kredit Mikro min 3 tahun (1)
* Berpengalaman di perbankan sebagai Marketing Kredit Mikro (2)
* Pendidikan minimal S1 (SA: Akuntansi/Manajemen), IPK min 2.7
* Bersedia ditempatkan di Semarang, Pekalongan dan Tegal
